Custom technical foam manufacturing
Our company undertakes the design of packaging materials tailored to individual needs, providing 3D visualizations.
Our product range includes a wide selection of polyethylene foam sheets, which are available in various forms, such as rolls, sheets, and bags, as well as in a number of different sizes to meet the diverse packaging needs of our customers. The main characteristics of foam sheets are described below:
Rolls
Polyethylene foam films are also available in wide rolls, which can be easily cut and shaped to fit the products to be packaged. Rolls are convenient for larger packaging tasks and allow for quick and efficient packaging.
Sheets
Polyethylene foam sheets available in sheet form are ideal for packaging unique shapes and sizes due to their regular dimensions. The sheets are easy to cut and shape to fit the product being packaged, allowing for precise and regular packaging.
Various sizes: Our foam sheets are available in a range of sizes to meet the diverse packaging needs of our customers. With a selection ranging from smaller to larger products, you can find the most suitable size for your specific packaging task.
Bags
Bags made of polyethylene foam film are ideal for packaging smaller products and provide protection against impact and scratches. The bags are easy to seal, ensuring safe storage and transport of the packaged products.
Polyethylene foam products
Foams are an excellent choice for reusable packaging, especially when sensitive products need reliable protection. Thanks to their outstanding cushioning properties, they safeguard items from shock, vibration and pressure, making them ideal for transporting delicate or fragile goods. By tailoring each packaging solution precisely to the product, foam inserts ensure effective and long-lasting protection throughout handling and logistics. We cut and process technical foams according to individual customer requirements, but what exactly qualifies as technical foam?
POLYLAM® is a technical foam made from multiple laminated layers. Its lightweight, closed-cell structure offers exceptional protection against a wide range of impacts. At the same time, the material is easy to shape and customize, which means that even with a relatively small investment it can be turned into highly complex packaging solutions designed to fit specific products.
Polyethylene foam sheets, which are widely used in technical foam applications, offer several key advantages. Their strong shock absorption capabilities help maintain the integrity of packaged goods, preventing damage during transport. They are suitable for both light and heavy products, as the foam can be formed into unique shapes and sizes that match the contours of the items being packed. The high pressure resistance of polyethylene foam ensures that products remain protected from external forces, which is particularly valuable when heavy or sensitive goods must travel long distances.
Another important quality is the foam’s gentle surface, which does not scratch or damage the items it comes into contact with—an essential feature for packaging polished, coated or otherwise sensitive products. Polyethylene foam also represents an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional polyurethane and polystyrene foams, as it is fully recyclable and supports more sustainable packaging approaches. To accommodate various applications, the material is available in a broad density range between 28 and 100 kg/m³, enabling tailored protection that meets different technical and logistic requirements.
